4 eggs
2 tablespoons red bell pepper finely diced
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 8-ounce cans crescent dough sheets
1/3 cup whipped chive and onion cream cheese
8 ounces ground breakfast sausage cooked
4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, red bell pepper, milk, and black pepper until fully combined.
- In a skillet, cook the egg mixture over medium heat until just set, then remove from heat.
- On a floured surface, roll out the crescent dough and cut into squares.
- Spread a tablespoon of the cream cheese on each square, then add the cooked sausage, bacon, and egg mixture, followed by a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
