Description
Indulge in a delicious twist on the classic tiramisu with this Easy Biscoff Tiramisu recipe. Rich mascarpone cream meets the caramelized flavors of Biscoff cookies for a heavenly dessert that’s easy to prepare.
Ingredients
8 ounces good quality mascarpone cheese (like Galbani or Belgioioso)
chilled (226g)
½ cup Biscoff cookie butter (140g)
2 tbsp granulated sugar (or more based on your preference)
½ tsp vanilla (optional)
Pinch of salt (optional)
2 cups heavy whipping cream
chilled (480g)
50–60 Biscoff cookies
1 ½ cup strong coffee or espresso
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chilled mascarpone cheese, Biscoff cookie butter, granulated sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
- Dip each Biscoff cookie into the strong coffee or espresso for a few seconds and layer them in a dish.
- Spread a layer of the Biscoff mascarpone cream over the cookies. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone cream on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more granulated sugar to the mascarpone cream, if desired. For a richer flavor, use dark coffee or espresso.
