13 graham crackers

¾ cup pecan halves

3 tablespoons light brown sugar

½ cup melted butter

24 ounces full-fat cream cheese softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup sugar

4 large eggs

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

½ teaspoon salt

1 ¾ cups pecan halves chopped

¾ cup light brown sugar

¾ cup heavy cream

½ cup butter

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon salt


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • To make the crust, blend graham crackers, pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • For the cheesecake layer, beat the cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add sour cream, sugar, eggs, flour, vanilla, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Let it cool.
  • In a saucepan, combine the topping ingredients: chopped pecans, brown sugar, heavy cream, butter, and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat until bubbly.
  • Pour the pecan topping over the cooled cheesecake and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before slicing.

Notes

For best results, refrigerate for longer to enhance flavor and texture. Adjust sweetness of topping as desired.
