Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
- In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar and cold butter until crumbly, then sprinkle over the cake batter.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before serving. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and milk until smooth, and drizzle over the cake.
